You can install your POS terminal in content managers such as WooCommerce, Prestashop, OSCommerce, Magento, OpenCart, and ZenCat. You can also access free plugins for quick and easy installation. What if a customer wants a refund?

No problem. Simply search for the sales transaction in the administration module in your Virtual POS and make a partial or total refund .

Can I display my POS terminal in different languages?

Yes. Both the payment gateway screens and the messages generated during the process can be displayed in 29 different languages .

What cards does the Virtual POS terminal accept?

The Virtual POS terminal supports credit, debit, prepaid, and virtual cards from Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club/Discover, American Express, and UnionPay International .

When can I use pre-authorization?

Pre-authorizations can be used when you don't know the exact price at the time of purchase, for example, if you are going to offer a hotel room, but you still don't know what services your customers will use. This option is especially used by businesses related to hotels, travel agencies, and vehicle rentals .

PCI-DSS is a mandatory security standard for all companies that process credit or debit card data . It is used to protect sensitive card information and to enhance the security of online payments.

An IPSP (Internet Payment Service Provider) is a provider specialized in the management of online payments . Many online businesses use an IPSP to collect payments from customers.
