    All this cover in a single contract

    • The damage and/or material losses that may be suffered by the property and real estate of the company/establishment.

      • Building: Set of constructions and/or improvement works that have been carried out, dedicated to the insured activity, and their fixed installations (water, gas, electricity, heating, etc.). 
      • Industrial and/or commercial assistance: Machinery, installations, furniture, tools and tools, both industrial and office, that are within the company's premises. 
      • Goods: The set of first materials, products in the process of manufacture, finished products, spare parts, accessories and auxiliary materials that are within the company's premises. 
      • Personal property of third parties in the company's possession or custody. 
      • Any property for which the company is responsible (except in construction, installation or assembly).
      The customer's assets:
      For example, in the case of non-contractual public liability that may be demanded of you, for direct personal or material damages that arise from them, caused unintentionally to third parties.
      The activity, through the coverage of 'Loss of Profits' for the stoppage of the activity when it is the result of a claim covered in the policy.

    Terms and Conditions

    • What should the insurance amounts be
      The minimum capital to insure in building, furniture and equipment, and goods to be able to contract this product is €3,000,000 (non-industrial risks) and €1,000,000 (industrial risks).

    The policy can be renewed annually. The annual renewal will be carried out on the same date of issue of the policy.

    The contracting party may cancel the insurance policy in writing to the insurance company one month before the annual maturity date of the policy.
