At its ATMs in the province of Valencia
BBVA will not charge a fee for debit cash withdrawals
In an effort to support those affected by the DANA, BBVA will not charge a fee for debit cash withdrawals at its ATMs in the province of Valencia. This means that customers of any bank can withdraw cash for free at more than a hundred BBVA ATMs.
The measure, which is in force until December 1, could be extended if necessary.

If you have suffered damages due to the DANA storm and are insured, the Insurance Compensation Consortium will cover the economic damage.

This is a series of financial measures to alleviate the damages suffered by natural and legal persons to their property or rights as a direct or indirect consequence of the DANA storm that occurred between October 28 and November 4, in addition to those that may be determined by the Generalitat Valenciana (Regional Government of Valencia).

Comisiones de mantenimiento en inactividad
Se procederá a retroceder centralizadamente a los clientes afectados por la DANA las comisiones de octubre (cargadas el 4 de noviembre). Tampoco se liquidarán las comisiones de los meses de noviembre, diciembre y enero. -
POS terminal tariffs
Desde BBVA, no se cobrarán a los clientes afectados por la DANA las cuotas de los bonos TPV correspondientes a los meses de noviembre, diciembre y enero.
Atención reforzada de incidencias en TPVs
Por parte de Redsys, se ha establecido un plan especial para dar soporte a los comercios afectados por la DANA, para agilizar la puesta en marcha de sus TPVs, con un refuerzo del stock de TPVs en la zona y de los equipos en el terreno para ello. También se ha habilitado un número de teléfono especial: 910 861 504.
Los terminales no encontrados o destruidos se deben dar de baja como extravío o pérdida. Asimismo, recuerda que los comercios pueden contar con las opciones de pago sin tarjeta física, a través de Paygold o Bizum comercios.

BBVA will donate four million euros to the Spanish Red Cross
This donation will initially be used to respond to the most urgent needs and, subsequently, to support the recovery of the thousands of people who have been affected.
This initiative is in addition to the package of emergency measures launched by BBVA, including a donation campaign by its customers and employees through Bizum, which has already raised more than six million euros.
