GPRS POS terminal

Plazox is a service available at your POS terminal so that credit card holders can split the payment at the time of purchase.

For your business, splitting your customers' payment with Plazox is free and does not affect the way you collect your sales: you will receive the full payment of the sale like the rest of the transactions with your POS terminal. In addition, sales with Plazox will not affect your rate:

• In fixed rates, the sale will not consume the annual billing of your plan
• In variable rates, the percentage of sales will not be charged.

For your customer, paying in installments with Plazox allow them to pay it in 3, 6, 9 or 12 months with the conditions they have applied on their credit card and which will be shown on the sales receipt.

If you wish to take up the offer, please ask your adviser to activate it.

You can request the Free express deposit card so that anyone on your team can deposit the cash proceeds at an ATM. A completely secure solution because this card is created just for making deposits and does not allow you to pay or show your transactions on screen.

And of course, you can also deposit your takings at any BBVA branch.

Yes, you can accept payments with an American Express card. Since the end of March 2022, we have included American Express in the POS contract. If your contract pre-dates that and you want to start accepting this type of card, contact your adviser to extend your contract to American Express with no activation cost

For the variable rate, there is no commitment to stay.

For the fixed rate, the contract for your payment solution is for one year. If you wish to cancel the contract early, the proportional costs of the activity will be charged up to that moment.

For example, in the case of canceling a 10 plan upon completion of the sixth month, the billing limit proportional to 6 months will be calculated. As the limit of the 10 plan is €20,000, in the sixth month it would be €10,000. Therefore:

• If your accumulated billing is less than €10,000, no additional cost will be charged, and you will be able to cancel the contract without paying any penalty.
• If the accumulated billing is €12,000. As billing exceeds the proportional limit by €2,000, 1.10% of that excess billing will be charged. In that case, the contract would be canceled for the payment of €22.

At BBVA, we are responsible for the perfect condition of your POS terminal at all times. That is why we do not deliver POS terminals in our own possession.

This is the way to guarantee that if a POS terminal becomes obsolete or fails for any reason, we will replace or fix it in less than 48 hours and with no unexpected costs.

The GPRS POS terminal you receive may be the one shown in the photos or a very similar one with the same features.

Why are we doing this? After many years of providing payment solutions, we have learned that the most important thing for our customers is to guarantee card payments in their stores at all times. Because of this, we provide POS terminals from several brands to make sure that you receive the POS terminal you need in approximately 72 hours after signing the contract. And if you have any problem with the POS terminal during your activity, we will fix it or replace it in under 48 hours.
