How can you benefit from the Friend Plan and the Travel Pack?

  Invite a Friend Plan

  For every friend you invite, you will get €35, and your friend will get €35. You can invite up to 10 people and get a maximum of €350

  What steps do I need to follow?

  • Become a BBVA customer with the Fee-Free Online Account.
  • Enter the "Invite a friend" section in your app or in your private area, select Friend Card Plan, and generate your code.
  • Share your invitation code with anyone you want.
  • When the person you have invited opens their Online Account and uses their card for the first time, you will receive €35 in your account.

  Do you have a friend at BBVA?

  Ask them to invite you! Enter the code shared with you when you open your Fee-Free Online Account. And when you make a payment of over €35 with your Aqua Debit Card, you will receive €35 in your account.

  Travel Pack

  With the Travel Pack, you can save on the usual fees when you use your card outside Spain.

  If you're between 18 and 30 years old, you can use this service free of charge during your first 12 months at BBVA. We'll tell you how:

  • When you pay in stores and restaurants, you will have to choose the country's currency on the POS terminal. When the payment is made, we will refund the currency exchange fee.
  • When you take money out at an ATM abroad, if the ATM asks you to apply the exchange rate, you will have to choose “no” so that we can do it from BBVA. Once the transaction is complete, we will refund the currency exchange and withdrawal fees.
  • Remember that you can make 3 withdrawals a month. The ATM may charge you other fees that do not depend on BBVA, meaning we cannot refund them.

  If you are over 30 years old or it's been over 12 months since you joined BBVA, you can activate the Travel Pack service only when you need it, like a subscription.
