What is it?

You can now access all your banking documentation, stored and classified in your personal area, which will allow you to find any communications from the last five years instantly and at all times.
All you need to do is:
- Go to "My inbox".
- Select the option "Virtual mail".
The banking information stored in this space can be sent by email or by post (in the latter case after the request for a duplicate).
