    • A secure and private area where, once registered on bbva.es or the app, you'll be able to stay in touch with your adviser in a way that's convenient and practical.

      • You'll be able to securely ask any questions you have and exchange documents whenever it is best for you.
      • All the conversations will be stored so you can check any information you may have exchanged with your adviser.
      • Your adviser will answer you as soon as possible within his/her office hours. If he/she isn't available, someone from his/her team will help you.
