The information is updated every month during the first week of the month. For example, on November 7 the requirements information is updated as of October 31.
It's possible that even if you take out a product recommended to avoid paying fees, you might not meet the requirements until a settlement has been paid. Therefore, the fee that you have been paying will not change until the next quarter.
Why? Because there are requirements that must be met for a minimum number of months before settlement (that is, the day the fees are paid).
For example, to meet the paycheck requirement, it must be paid directly into your account for 2 of the 4 months prior to the settlement. If the settlement is on December 15, the paycheck would have to be paid directly into your account for at least 2 of these four months: August, September, October and November.
Therefore, it's possible that the offer to take out a product or service that has already been taken out or used still appears for a while.
