1. Apply for your mortgage
Before submitting your application, you can calculate your monthly payment at bbva.es or at a BBVA branch.
After you submit your application, you can access the BBVA app without needing to be a customer and continue with the procedures in the Mortgage Area.
To access the app, you only have to register in two steps and without obligation.
2. You submit your documents
To conduct the viability study, we will require identification and financial documents.
You can add and send them from the app.
3. We evaluate your application
4. You send us the appraisal of the property
At this stage, we need the updated appraisal and registry report of the property.
If you wish, you can request these documents through BBVA. An approved appraiser will do the appraisal and get the registry report for you. Your adviser will inform you of the cost.
5. We continue with the signature process
If the application is approved, you will receive an email with the mortgage loan conditions, which you can review and sign if you agree.
You will need to select a notary's office and schedule an appointment for them to provide guidance and issue the preliminary deed.
The last step will be to go to the notary's office to sign the purchase of the property and the mortgage. And then it will be yours!
